In Hinduism, the Mahavidyas are a group of ten goddesses who represent the divine feminine and the cycles of creation, preservation, and destruction. Each Mahavidya has her own unique character, powers and symbolism.

1. Kali - Goddess of Time, Change and Destruction

2. Tara - Goddess of Compassion, Protection and Guidance

3. Tripura Sundari - Goddess of Beauty, Bliss and Enlightenment

4. Bhuvaneshvari - Goddess of the Cosmos, Space and Illusion

5. Chinnamasta - Goddess of Transformation, Sacrifice and Liberation

6. Bhairavi - Goddess of Wisdom, Power and Spiritual Growth

7. Bagalamukhi - Goddess of Paralyzing Enemies, grants protection from cuts, scars, operations and accidents .

8. Matangi - Goddess of Music, Arts and Knowledge

9. Kamala - Goddess of Prosperity, Fertility and Good Fortune

10. Dhumavati - Goddess of Smoke, Illusion and the Unmanifest
