1. Cancellation Timeline:

   • Poojas or rituals can only be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

   • No Refund Post 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pooja or ritual will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Return and Refund Policy for Products

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

• Laddus and Prashads: Being perishable and sacred in nature, laddus and prashads are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Customized Items: Any items customized or personalized for specific rituals are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returnable Items

• Non-Edible Items: Items such as idols, pooja utensils, and other non-edible products are eligible for returns.

  • Conditions for Return:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

    • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refund for Returns: A full refund will be provided for returned non-edible items, subject to inspection and approval.

• Shipping Costs: For product returns, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.
